MAIZ Learning

A support space that leads women towards financial independence.

Not a course factory. Not a motivation platform. A real space where women 28–35 find their starting point — a job, a skill, clarity on a business idea — and start moving.

Nishana — Founder, MAIZ Learning

"Through MAIZ, I am just helping women who are stuck to get to that same start line."

Is this you?

You don't need to be fixed.
You need a starting point.

If any of these feel familiar — you're in the right place.

You paused your career. For family, for circumstances, for someone else. Your capability didn't go anywhere. You just need the door back in.

You want to earn. Not just for income — for freedom. Financial independence means you have choices. And you're ready to start building that.

You have an idea. But it's unclear, unstructured, and you don't know where to begin. You need someone to think with — not someone to tell you what to do.

You're tired of free advice.Googling in circles. Generic YouTube videos. You want one honest conversation that actually helps you move.

What is MAIZ?

A starting point.
Not a rescue.

MAIZ is not here to fix you. You are not broken.

MAIZ is a space for women who are ready to move — they just needed the right conversation, the right community, and someone who believes in them.

It can be guidance on getting a job, learning a skill so you can build on it yourself, or a workshop that gives clarity on your business idea. Whatever your starting point is — MAIZ will meet you there.

Named after Maryam and Izza — two daughters whose mother built this so other women could find their footing.

Why MAIZ exists

Helping women who are stuck
get to the start line.

In college and in professional spaces, I kept meeting capable women — women who rise like a phoenix every time and do remarkable work on themselves. Their education and skills help them rise.

Through MAIZ, I am just helping women who are stuck to get to that same start line.

"MAIZ is named after my two children — Maryam and Izza. I want them to know that even if I am not around when they are older, there is a hand they can reach out to if they are ever stuck or confused. The world is a better place."

— Nishana S, Founder of MAIZ Learning
